Appointments are reserved specifically for you. In order to respect both your time and mine, the following policy applies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • No-call, no-show appointments will automatically be charged a 30% no-show fee, which reflects the non-refundable portion of my service fee. • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
